Module 1: The Formula to Creating the Life you Desire

Each day offers us the chance to transform our life, and yet we’re often caught by old habits, patterns of self-punishment, and feelings of inadequacy. In this module, learn Ana’s five-step formula for creating the life you desire. Practice five new routines to build self-respect, and medicine poses to build a kinder, wiser relationship with yourself. Module 2: Healing the Root of Cravings

Cravings and addictions can be crutches we use to cover up unpleasant emotions. In this module, Ana explores her own history with food addiction and lays out five healing steps to bring you out of addiction and into healing. Learn how to use “failure” as an opportunity to take a new, healing step. You’ll also gain eight key Forrest Yoga tools to add to your brilliance and life force and help you come more fully into your body.

Module 3: Bringing Your Power Centers Into Alliance 

For most of us, our chakras—our centers of inner power and wisdom—are in conflict inside of us. This is exhausting! In this module, follow Forrest Yoga practices Ana designed to bring your power centers into alliance. Build aliveness. Dissolve old patterns. Generate new energy and drink in the sweetness your body produces when all the parts of you begin to work together. When you stop the internal warring within, you can redeploy all that energy into healing.

Module 4: Wake up to Your Own Aliveness and Welcome Your Spirit Home

Practice poses designed to turn up the flames of your life force. Learn a variation of Sun Salutations to break the patterns of addiction and rinse out old self-loathing. Connect to the shimmering, moving energy available to your body, and find out from your Spirit what your it needs to come home

Our breath is intimately tied to our vitality—the more it deepens, the more we can connect to our innate aliveness. This practice focuses on building vitality by first cultivating a smooth, deep breath, and then linking that breath to movement.
